Damaged Box

The delivery box was beat up pretty bad during shipment and the doll box was also beat up inside; which is sad since I want to keep the doll in the box. I know your company has no control over things that happen during shipping but maybe provide better packing like bubble wrap (instead of paper)to prevent products from getting damaged.
