How Do Pre-Orders Work?
1) Prior to placing a pre-order, please bear in mind that the given date is not always guaranteed to be 100% accurate. It is essential to be prepared for potential delays ranging from one month to two months, or even up to six months. Additionally, there is a slight possibility that the pre-order may be cancelled by the supplier or manufacturer.
2) To secure your order, a 30% deposit for the items is required upfront.
3) Please note that we may not receive constant information from our suppliers. It is possible that you may not hear from us. This does not mean there is something wrong with your preorder. You are always welcome to message us for any updates.
4) Orders are sent complete once all items are available (including preorders and in stock items). Please make separate orders if you would like items shipped at different times.
Preorder Cancellations
Products marked as a 'Preorder' are not eligible for refunds or cancellations. As preorders are a special request items we cannot accept cancellations or returns on these items unless the item is damaged or the wrong product is received. In the case where a deposit has been paid if the customer refuses to pay the remaining balance when the product(s) on the order arrive and are ready to be shipped then the customer will forfeit the deposit paid and product(s) on the order. By preordering an item you accept that the item cannot be returned unless agreed by us. Please contact us if a defective or incorrect item is sent.
Please note that preorder delivery dates are estimated and may be subject to change due to manufacturer or shipping delays. Cancellations on preorder products are not permitted due to changing estimated dates unless there are excessive delays (1+ year) from the original ETA (confirmed on the order confirmation email sent after the order is placed).
